Infrastructure Design Project Manager - Consultancy

Responsibilities:
• Ability in leading and managing infrastructure design and final design stages on a large master plan.
• Lead the design team and manage the contractor and the client.
• Technical and design process of the project from Preparation of Brief, Concept Design, through Developed Design to Construction and Handover.
• Provide technical guidance, planning and logistic information for bids and tenders.
• Develop, monitor and report on integrated design programmes from design team award through pre-construction and construction phases.
