The IT Project Coordinator would be responsible for establishing and coordinating relations with stakeholders and customers. Efficiently manage the day-to-day activities of scheduling meetings, filing, monitoring project schedules and plans. Participate in meetings, communicate effectively with the internal team and actively seek alignment with business expectations.
You will work alongside the management and the IT manager to define the project's objectives.
Your missions:
- Write briefs or specifications
- Budget a project
- organize the planning of the employees who will have to operate by estimating the necessary working time and budget, establishing schedules (division of tasks), assessing risks and issues...
- supervise projects during their implementation
- decide to subcontract part or all of the project (if necessary)
- Coordinate and validate all activities related to the case / project
