KEY RESULTS AREAS (RESPONSIBILITIES):
 Conducts site visits to ensure scope of work caters for all the project requirements and the readiness of the site for project activities
 Prepares initial project plan, review with all stakeholders, verify, amend and issue a final project plan
 Attends kick-off meetings with clients/consultants and contractors as required
 Project execution which covers installation, managing staff team (technicians and engineers), coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely availability of hardware and software
 JPM will be fully responsible for all testing, commissioning, corrections phase, inspection and final certification activities
 Reports to the SPM of the team he belongs to, on project progress and on any required intervention to resolve problems with suppliers, contractors and/or client
 Reports project data to Director’s as and when required.
 Communicates with the client on any updates and progress and on any variation orders
 Works with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure readiness of the site for execution of project (installation)
 Manages PE towards actual implementation at site and oversee, through the PE, the work of senior technicians, general technicians and occasionally labor/production employees.
 Trains technicians and client personnel on using the system
 Provides after-sales service and support to client employees
