The Operations Manager role is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on growth and optimization of the organization. This is a critical role within the org. You will work and lead the entire team, as you will be responsible for planning
and coordinating operations in the organization with the purpose of improving
productivity and efficiency. You will be the key part
to oversees high-level HR duties, such as attracting talent and setting
training standards and hiring procedures
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
- Manage the daily functions of the business
- Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
- Manage budget to align with goals of business
- Leading the company by orienting, training,assigning, scheduling, coaching and disciplining employees;planning,monitoring and reviewing data entries to make sure all tasks are done on atimely manner.
- Accomplishes day-to-day work operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing data entry policies and procedures.
- Reviewing and assessing the data gaps/deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures.Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Following policies and procedures to maintain the Operations Department work-flow and reporting the required/needed changes
- Maintaining clients/customers/users and or business partner’s confidence through protecting our operations and securing information confidentiality.
