Manage logistics and purchasing cycle including request for quotation, PO creation, PO follow up, goods receipt and supplier billing, getting shipping quotes, arranging with shipping companies.
Plan, negotiate rates and track the shipment of products according to customer requirements
Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc., weekly stock checking
Good Knowledge of global customs requirements and shipping all related functions and procedures.
Prepare accurate reports for upper management on the movement of products
You may require to make sure deliveries are made and have to visit clients and customers
