We are currently looking for a Procurement Manager to work for a company in Hospitality/ Entertainment sector in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Managing the procurement functions related to purchasing of goods and services such as capital assets, leased assets, services, travel and suppliers
- Creating and execute strategies for procurement, storing and distributing good/services and maintaining stock
- Managing all the internal teams (operations, front office, facility management)
- Focusing on maintaining an excellent relationship with the suppliers and finding new suppliers
- Ensuring the quality of the products and prices are within the competitive prices range
- Reviewing business trends and product availability
- Supporting financial systems that aligns with procurement (purchasing systems, account payable and fixed assets)
- Managing and ensuring compliance with terms of major lease agreements
- Managing projects to ensure that the purchasing team is receiving new business
- Managing an efficient purchasing operation through development and automation of purchasing reporting
Requirements- Minimum 6 years of experience in a procurement role within retail/ entertainment/ hospitality industry
- Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in the field of logistics, supply chain management, business management…
- Experience in managing suppliers, stakeholders, clients and internal teams
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills
- Strong experience in financial systems supporting procurement
- Strong Excel knowledge and purchasing software
