-Plan outlet level SKU level sales on weekly basis with distributor. Prepare and assign DSR level target basis the route plan
-Execute Sell through sell out scheme to ensure distribution and sell through happens
-Achieve monthly sell in sell through targets
-Prepare FF level sell through sell out targets, prepare FF route plans and do back checks
-Prepare Promoter level sell out target, ensure that promoters are achieving their targets, all promoter are reporting sales in system
-Track competition activities and sellout
-Share competitive tracker on weekly basis, along with prices
