fäm Properties is in search of a highly capable Sales Manager to join its existing 100 strong Sales and Leasing team! You will be responsible for mentoring a team of Sales and Leasing Agents in a brokerage firm, ensuring that targets are achieved and helping to maximize sales revenue.
Duties include:
· Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with customers to generate sales
· Network and generate sales leads for your team
· Ensure your team consistently meets monthly sales targets
· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Senior Management Team
· Manage KPI’s and ensure your team meets internal performance standards
· Expected to formulate and execute their own sales and marketing plan whilst controlling their own budgets and expenditure
The ideal candidate will:
· Have a bachelor’s degree
· Have 5 years minimum experience working in a brokerage firm
· Have knowledge of new and existing property developments
· Be RERA certified
· Have a clean and valid driving license
· Be presentable and articulate in written and spoken English
· Be computer literate with knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in sales management within the secondary and off plan Dubai property market. Must demonstrate capabilities in leadership, sales training & coaching, one on one mentoring and strategic sales planning. The perfect candidate will have a natural ability to lead from the front and be able to navigate their team through the unexpected challenges of the market.
