After receipt of job card request from sales, review the documents & provide Oracle SO No to open job card, in case of any shortage of documents intimate the same to sales department on the same day itself.
For HPT jobs send order booking data & drawing to design team.
For new customer account opening- Review and arrange required documents in coordination with respective salesmen and then initiate the account opening process and do a follow –up till it gets active in the system.
Creating item codes & punching of sales order in the Oracle System.
In case of credit hold problems and trade license expiry issues noted, need to coordinate with sales team and credit control department on the same day and provide the credit limit increase request and necessary documents to credit control team to resolve the at the earliest.
Preparation of export invoice and packing list in coordination with QA.
Coordination with Head Office to arrange the certificate of origin and other commercial documents.
Forwarding and monitoring the job cards to sales, GM and accounts for approval and signing purpose.
Sending delivery schedule to stores of local customer (Manufacturing & Supply type orders)
Circulating the Sales related reports by 1st of every month.
Filing & maintaining of all office documents on time as per ISO procedure requirements.
