Main responsibilites of the role include:

- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure an effective operational planning and delivery of the production and operational aspects of the Ceremonies & Daily Productions team;

- Liaise with the Expo relevant departments, and stakeholders to ensure operational delivery requirements are planned and agreed for all aspects of Ceremonies & Daily Productions;

- Relationship management of contractors and integration with Expo 2020 integrated planning and key operational departments;

- Work closely with key Expo 2020 operational departments and functional areas to design the operational plans for the Ceremonies & Daily Productions department, including integration with overall Venue Management planning, site programming and the master calendar;

- Lead operational planning with other internal Department projects, contractors and suppliers (across Ceremonies, Daily Productions, Creative, Technical, Program Management);

- Liaise with the relevant Expo 2020 departments/FAs, and stakeholder organisations to ensure operational delivery requirements are planned and agreed for all aspects of Ceremonies & Daily Productions;

- Lead planning & integration with internal Expo FAs, communicating deliverables and dependencies, agreeing service levels, and ensuring delivery of requirements for the Project.•Any other tasks, as directed by the Director-Al Wasl.
