• Manage end to end recruitment across automotive, logistics and retail (food) business.
• Designing & Build implementing creative sourcing and hiring strategies that reach out to talent
• Conducting market research and mapping to create and manage relevant talent pipelines
Ensuring internal customer expectations are properly and professionally mapped.
• Collaborating with Managers and HR Business Partners to design and deliver creative, and comprehensive resourcing plans to meet needs and goals of the businesses across geographies and needs and talent in the market.
• Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders through effective, accurate and timely communication.
• Diligently monitoring, tracking and finessing all required key metrics within the full recruitment lifecycle.
Workdays: Sunday to Thursday with alternate Saturday.
