• Provide inputs to the team and take feedback to design the training content (internally administered) in line with the business/dept/ functional requirement to ensure effective and high quality delivery of training to employees.
• Formulate the annual and monthly training calendars for the business in consultation with the functional / dept heads and circulate the calendar in a timely manner.
• Administer and coordinate with pre-selected vendors / service providers to ensure timely provision of training infrastructure, development of training content and training delivery.
• Assist and select the appropriate internal and external trainers as and when required based on the business needs for delivering the training modules effectively.
• Monitor provision of high quality training to all employees on the basis of identified training needs.
• Evaluation being the key, gather employee feedback at the end of every training session and provide the collated report to the respective teams/ functional / dept heads.
