The purpose of the Admin Assistant role to support Deputy CEO/CFO Office’s day to day tasks.
Main responsibilities for this role include:
- Assist the Office Manager in the various tasks of correspondence, creation of SESs, PRs and CARs with relevant backup;
- Receive all administration requests from various across EXPO 2020 and external parties and action accordingly in line with Finance Department Standards;
- Follow-up on all requests received internally and externally;
- Maintain proper documentation for easy retrieval for audit, financial and management reviews;
- Prepares presentations, expense reports, claims and all other reports as requested;
- Coordinate with Internal Teams for project-related topics;
- Assists with travel plans, itineraries and agendas, ensuring documents and logistics are prepared in advance;
- Ensures confidentiality at all times;
- Transmits directives, instructions and assignments as requested.
