The core business of Flint Consulting Limited (Flint) is to provide technical services to the ICT industry in the Middle East and throughout EMEAR.

The types of services include: Fixed Price Project Deliveries, Solution Implementation and provision of Specialist Resources.

The main areas of expertise are the integration of mobile communication systems (5G, 4G, 3G, 2.5G, 2G), messaging systems and IT systems in a communications environment.

Role Summary

To act as the focal point for the Sales engagement at Cisco and Non- cisco accounts in the Middle East driving Mobility, SDN technologies, and Staffing for GSP and enterprise Segment and supporting the relationship with the procurement team.

Responsibilities Including


  • Customer stakeholder management

  • Support the account planning process

  • Forecast management

  • Support presentations and new initiative positioning

  • Identification of new opportunities

  • Alignment with internal business partners (SR, Services)

  • Open collaboration and communication across the Flint Group)

  • Accountable for achieving sales targets including revenue and margin and achievement of pre-agreed objectives.

  • Up to 10/20% travel – mostly middle east regions

  • Compensation in line with experience

 


 


Responsibilities

Business Development Manager: Key Responsibilities include:


  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets

  • Managing pipeline and sales forecast

  • Supporting and contributing to the strategic sales plan that drives relevance within Cisco and explores a deeper and wider engagement

  • Achievement of defined and agreed objectives, set with Head of Sales & Marketing

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

  • Regular customer meeting schedule

  • Identify new areas of opportunity for Flint that will drive differentiation and additional revenue

  • Support competitive countermeasures and positioning

  • Explore adjacent technologies and markets in partnership with the delivery team

  • Expand current engagement in to new lines of business

Manage and develop customer relationships
