POSITION: Butchery Section Manager

SALARY: up to 15,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

HIRING COMPANY: Leading Supermarket Group

LOCATION: United Arab Emirates

AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time/Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Open to Arabic nationality, preferably Lebanese and Jordanian

Male, 45 years old and below

Open to candidates outside UAE who are willing to travel to UAE for a technical demonstration

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

At least a high school graduate/diploma holder with relevant training and certifications

At least 2-3 years of experience in the butchery section of a FnB/hotel/supermarket setting

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Implement quality, range and freshness standards of offered goods to attract customers in order to achieve the set sales targets. Responsible for exceptional customer service is delivered within the section

Control orders and follow up on deliveries

Control merchandisers’ attendance and performance

Control the display of new products while maintaining plano-gram

Stay informed about competition activities in the store’s catchment’s area and take necessary measures

Oversee the establishment of a competitive assortment offer

Monitor and report competitor activities (prices, range, promotional activities etc.) to ensure competitive advantage
