Danfoss offers an excellent opportunity to become a team member of Customer Service Center within Danfoss Heating, Cooling and Drives Segments to the best 2 candidates. In the position of Customer Service Specialist in Dubai you will focus on maximizing and continuous improvements of customer’s satisfaction and loyalty through detection of opportunities to serve the customer while addressing customer support requests and perform outbound sales activities.

You will report to Customer Service Manager and support your customers and Danfoss Sales team by:

Handling general pre- and post-sales queries and claims
Processing and booking orders with follow-up activities
Providing logistics and basic product information to internal and external customers
Taking care of stock levels and booking purchase orders to supplier plants
Supporting customers with credit and financial information
Registering all customer queries into CRM (salesforce.com) and to follow-up, escalate when needed
Managing data quality in SAP and CRM system and preparing regular reports to Customer Service Center Manager
Providing all customer pain points and improvement areas to Customer Service Center Manager.
