POSITION: Freight Administrator
SALARY: up to 6,500 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to any nationality, preferably Indian
Male/Female, 40 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Diploma/Bachelor Degree of any relevant course
Minimum 1-2 years of freight experience in FMCG environment and products
Experience of supporting Supply Chain systems implementation, specifically ERP systems
Knowledge in International purchasing
JOB DESCRIPTION:
To assist with the day to day demands Freight and Customs documentation
To ensure that documentation is produced/collated on time and is sent to the concerned parties
To manage all inbound/outbound document flow and tracking within agreed timings – collection, validation and follow up on missing / incorrect documentation
To request and collect quotes for freight and highlight discrepancies with agreed tariffs to relevant parties
Book Freight & ensure all required document to the freight partner
To manage air freights to ensure all documentation is received on time
To monitor deliveries, warehouse advises
To manage Claim Advises
To maintain KPIs (Sea/Air Import & Export, Claims, Demurrage, Document Deposit)
