Responsibilities:
1. Warmly and graciously greets all guests upon arrival
2. Demonstrated ability to anticipate and address guests’ service needs and thank guests with genuine pleasure
3. Quick Leaner and have substantial knowledge of the menus of bars, restaurant service
4. In-depth knowledge of answering telephones in a suitable manner
5. Able to ensure that special requests are lodged and passed to restaurant staff
6. Candidates Must Have Pleasing Personality and Hardworking
7. Presentable & Elegant with a high level of confidence
8. Excellent command of English, both written and oral, Proficiency in Arabic will be of added advantage
9. Basic Knowledge of IT Required
10. Reply customer e-mails, prepare guest list and coordinate booking with Manager
11. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager on duty
