 Assist, support and work closely with the Store Manager in the day - to - day
management of the Store.
 Operate the Shop Till in accordance with Company procedure

 Supervise the customer , ensuring that service runs smoothly and in an
orderly manner, especially at busy periods -
 Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
 Give the Store staff pep - talk prior to the commencement of work, in the Store
Manager’s absence
 Raise any staffing issues with the Store Manager
 Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and procedures
 Highlighting any potentially hazardous areas to the Attractions Supervisor
 Oversee the cleaning for all common areas including the toilets
 Support and maintain a positive working environment
 Undertake additional tasks, commensurate with the post, as directed by the Store
Manager
 Undertake training, as directed by the Operations Manager
