Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Executive to monitor our hotel channel and help build processes that streamline our business operations. The responsibilities include tracking business results, monitoring KPIs, and assisting set up operational checklist for bringing our hotel room service offerings live from a quality, in our kitchens and call center, as well as deliverance, in terms of ensuring the food gets to the guests in under 30 minutes. You should demonstrate excellent soft skills and be able to communicate our objectives internally. You should find ways to increase quality of customer service and assist in implementing best practices. Ultimately, you will ensure that all project functions are in line with our strategic goals.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of on-boarding new hotel clients
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Monitor and perform quality controls at kitchen, call center, and dispatch
• Prepare and monitor key performance metrics
• Take a proactive approach to solving issues and ensuring project timelines are met
• Liaise with key stakeholders in the business to ensure smooth running of the business
