Looking for a motivated and eager to learn Sales Coordinator Intern to join Omnix Family. he\she will be required to:
- Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Store, sort, maintain and track financial and non-financial data and reports.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or sales events.
- Ensure sales team alignment to sales processes, policies and procedures.
- Make sure Financials and trade licenses are updated.
- Responsible for client portals registrations.
- Perform administrative support such as copying, typing letters, faxing.
