Do you have some shipping knowledge and experience, and can ensure timely and accurate delivery of our products to the customers? Then you might be our new Shipping Controller, who has good administrative and organizational skills.

You will always look for optimizing the shipping process and strive for high quality delivery and earn customer loyalty.

You will be:

Delivering high quality freight, shipping and import/export services measured according to Service Level Agreement
Coordinating transportation services with 3PL, Danfoss factory and cross trade shipments, Local custom clearance knowledge and Preparation of Inbound and outbound custom documents
Delivering data and analysis for logistic services suppliers’ performance
Coordinating with 3PL & freight forwarders to monitor Incoming shipments and receive shipments in time with Warehouse for booking of stock and handle outbound shipping documents & coordinate with customers
Executing performance review process with Freight Forwarders & 3PL
Analyzing and suggesting improvements in respect to transit time and cost
Ensuring Smooth warehouse operations and coordination with internal and external customers
