Job Overview:
We currently have an opening for Treasury Supervisor for our Dubai, UAE location.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
• Prepare weekly cash reports, including 13-week forecast, Treasury dashboard, for Executives.
• Manage the relationship with the bank partners.
• Analyze banking fees and periodically reevaluate bank services and adjust as necessary.
• Managing and enhancing the LC facilities for the region.
• Ensure timely issuance of Bank guarantees to support project accounting and proposal team.
• Quarterly LC forecast LC for management review.
• Works with the Sr. Treasury Manager on banking product and service implementation projects.
• Develops and maintains documentation of appropriate workflow and approval processes for SOX compliance.
• Administers bank accounts lifecycle processes (opening, maintenance, signatory updates, closing).
• Provides management planning and control information by assembling and analyzing historical financial data; identifying trends; providing forecasts; coordinating internal audit requirements; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
• Improves Financial Reporting process by studying, evaluating, as well as, re-designing processes and implementing changes as needed.
• Meets financial objectives by estimating requirements; assisting with the preparation of the annual budget; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions as directed.
• Analyzes and prepares monthly budgets and forecasts; verifies and corrects variances.
• Develops financial presentations for executives, Business Committee, and General Council.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
• Manage day-to-day cash positions. Transfer funds to maintain minimum balance as regional level.
