Job Title: Host / Hostess

Location: Fashion Boutique, Abu Dhabi

Duration: 1 year contract (which can be renewed depending on performance/ business needs)

Main Responsibilities:

Present a positive first impression of the brand’s image and excellent service and high standards

Providing exceptional client service to ensure guests’ satisfaction while representing brand values and image

Greeting and hosting customers in a professional and courteous manner to create an enjoyable shopping atmosphere

Engaging with guests to ensure they are happy with the service and requests are appropriately accommodated

Liaising between clients and fashion advisors to ensure a seamless and smooth sales process.

Assisting other departments as needed

Implementing management guidelines effectively and taking instructions from supervisors when necessary.
