To achieve and exceed the agreed target for the territory assigned

To build & maintain effective business relationship with companies and establish new methods to increase the business share

To ensure effective sales achievements through company relations and various bank channels

To manage promotional activities and road shows and maintain regular updates through accurate MIS to Direct Manager

To maintain good relationship within Internal Departments of the bank

To maintain and manage relations with company HR / finance departments

To report to the Head of the department on visit results and suggestions to improve relationships

To provide monthly MIS to Head of the department on accounts managed and business proposal for new accounts

To provide regular market feedback and suggestions to improve the market share
