• Handle All Banking Transactions and daily reconciliation • Monitor All petty cash transactions.

• Prepare cash flow statements.

• Verify, Allocate, Post and Reconcile accounts payable, Receivables and General Ledger Accounts.

• Maintain Fixed Assets Register, Inventory Control.

• Check Invoices and contracts bill accurately and process payments, ensuring that all the internal Control requirements are taken care of.

• Check the DSR on daily basis, issue report about shortages and miss-handling of inventory.

• Conduct monthly physical inventory in the main warehouse (production area and storage area) plus random physical check in the outlets on monthly basis.

• Prepare and present error free financial statements, budgets, costs, productivity, margins, P and L etc.

• Implement internal and external controls to ensure compliance.

• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

• Plan, assign and review staffs’ work.

• Timely processing of employee payments in compliance with wage Protection system (WPS).

• Timely processing of weekly/ monthly/ semi-annual and annual financial statements including finalization of annual external audit.

• Spots error and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.

• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures,

• Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers.

• Ensure compliance with accounting principles.

• Maintain confidentiality.

• Protect Organization by complying with all the legal requirements.

• You will also be required to handle any other matters as may be required by your supervisor.
