Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading group of companies in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a
<b>Accounts Receivable Manager </b>who is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, CPA) to oversee the entire process of collecting payments.The main responsibilities for this role include managing invoices, handling missed payments and supervising Accounts Receivable Team. The ideal candidate should be familiar with SAP REFX and FICO module and all accounting procedures to manage daily financial transactions end-to-end.

<br />If you have 5-7 years of experience in managing a financial receivables team for a large Real Estate company in UAE, we'd like to meet you.
<br />
<br />This position supports and helps in budget and forecast preparations, long term plans and other ad-hoc related requests. He/she will ensure that Accounts Receivable and Revenues are properly authorized according to company policy and procedure, and with applicable DOA. This position is also responsible for implementing and monitoring the Revenue and Accounts Receivable monthly closing process and check list as well as regular review of tenant account balances

<br />RequirementsProven work experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or Supervisor in a large Real Estate firm in UAE
<br />Hands-on experience with SAP REFX and FICO module
<br />Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel, and MS Word
<br />Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports
<br />Ability to accurately process numerical data under tight deadlines and pressure
<br />Team management and negotiation skills
<br />Excellent Communication SkillsProblem-solving attitude
