CRM
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
- Deciding on a final CRM structure and architecture that will work seamlessly across the business and capture crucial information along the sales funnel.
- Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
- Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
- Development of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the organization and its customers.
- Create engaging automated communication plan, content creation and targeting strategy for online customers.
- Own and manage the execution of all CRM activity on a daily basis.
Build monthly KPIs report per markets for follow-up
Email Marketing:
- Create, deploy, and monitor email marketing campaigns using our email marketing automation platform; including trigger automated email communications.
- Ensure that there’s brand consistency across all campaigns and messages.
- Create and test new email marketing templates and direct marketing communications
Analyse and report on the success of email marketing campaigns, providing suggestions and ideas for future campaigns. - Create quality content in English & Arabic and proofread any copy that needs reviewing.
- Ensure accurate and targeted database selection including segment optimisation.
- Create timely communications across marketing automation workflows, increasing customer engagement.
- Carrying out A/B testing on email marketing campaigns to maximise results.
Digital Ad Campaigns:
- Developing and Executing digital marketing campaigns across PPC and display channels.
Assist in devising and executing SEO Strategies. - Oversee a social media strategy.
- Developing and running Google Ads (keywords, ads, site links…etc.) and social media ads.
- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion.
- Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
- Assist with the creation of the overall marketing plan.
- Work on printed material to supplement online products.
- Attend product launches and networking events.
