- Conduct quarterly event planning along with Sales Development Managers
- Vendor identification Process – Across ECEMEA, identify right vendors to work with and negotiate on standard rate contracts with them.
- Get trained on usage of Procurement tool and raise purchase orders on vendors.
- Have a continuous engagement with vendors during the service delivery, that’s from procure to pay.
- Handling event registrations.
- Prepare invite template / GMSS team coordination. This would require working knowledge of HTML.
- Have a follow-up mechanism with sales teams to manage registration confirmations.
- Develop a consolidation report post conclusion of an event.
- Control overall Dem Gen budget in order to monitor spends.
Education & Experience
Experienced event handler with over 7 years of related experience.
A bachelor degree with a proven record of effective and efficient implementation & execution of multi-country wide programs / events.
Experience in handling management information & metrics (design, collection & reporting) within a large project/program environment.
Extensive user in Spreadsheet / Presentation creation and interpretation.
