Checks and enters invoices in system (MIRO)
Checks & Process payments (e.g. Local accounts payable, Services, renew petty Cash etc.) Proper monitoring of due dates to ensure payment in a timely manner & without delay.
Checks, settle & renew petty cash for petty cash holder (temporary and permanent)
Closing of E-Dirham Petty cash for duty exemption & certificate of origin.
Process Payment Order / Finance Request ( HSBC, ENBD)
Preparing daily bank reconciliation for HSBC & Weekly for ENBD (SAP, Excel).
Prepares reconciliation with HO current account, scan & send related expenses charged to HO
Checks, prepares, reconcile Vendor & Personal Account Balance Confirmations for Balance Sheet file.
Close service expenses in Accrued every end of the month
Close advance payments on proper cost center after follow up required approval.
Follow-up all kinds of service invoices with different departments
Process / Update Vendor Bank Information in Winshuttle
Open New Bank Account for Labours in Salary Pre-pay Accounts.
Resolves Salary Prepay issues & disputes.
