Responsibilities:
l Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers seeking technical assistance
l Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
l Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by internal customers
l Walk the internal customer through the problem-solving process
l Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
l Provide accurate information on IT products or services
l Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
l Follow-up and update internal customer status and information
l Pass on any feedback or suggestions by internal customers to the appropriate team
l Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
