POSITION: HR Assistant
SALARY: up to 6,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
HIRING COMPANY: One of the biggest FNB catering company known for handling multiple outlets within GCC
WORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to ANY nationality
Male, 35 years old and below

QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in FB/Hospitality/Catering as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
Extensive experience working from companies with minimum size of 200 employees
Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS/ Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases is an advantage
Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
Basic knowledge of UAE labor laws
Excellent organizational and communications skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
