Develop and implement sales strategies
- Represent the Company solution & services, and educate new lead customers in a deep
understanding to identify how the solution meets the client’s needs
- Cooperate with the management in planning, forecasting and developing the organization's
strategies and activities to achieve targets and sustainable growth.
Create all necessary sales reports/documentation required from the companies CRM and systems to analyze and propose changes for improvements. To provide over all analytics from facts and figures on a monthly basis on all aspects of sales pipeline
- Supervise all areas of the commercial/sales and marketing aspects of the business to ensure standards are followed and maintained.
- Make initial customer contact through visits or calls
- Identify each potential customer's needs
- Formulate business proposals according to customers' business needs.
- Build meaningful relationships within the company and outside.
- Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of service and products.
- Follow up on service and / or product once the delivery has been made.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients.
- Check quantity and quality of products prior to delivery.
- Record sales information and maintain customers' records.
- Make rapid calculations of costs using accounting applications in order to provide temporary
quotations.
- Prepare sales reports by analyzing and summarizing information
- Develop and manage all relevant promotional campaigns and events
- Keep abreast with marketing trends and competitor activities
