Manages the collections database system by acting as principal liaison with outside vendors and other departments regarding database related projects
Coordinates regular updates of the on-line collections database and assists with the ongoing digitalization project by ensuring the smooth functioning of the database
Inputs new data; updates and corrects existing data; designs and generates forms and reports; monitors adherence to, and documents, data entry standards
Trains staff to use the collections management system
Prepares users documentation and training material, and compiles system documentation
