Steward Supervisor
Reports to Housekeeping Head Supervisor
Job Purpose:
To provide over all support to the housekeeping programs and processes of the factory, to ensure timely and effective housekeeping based on the company standard.
Key Accountabilities:
- Supervise work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of factory in absence of Head supervisor.
- Help and support the cleaning activities along with Housekeeper as require.
- Co-ordinate with Housekeeper and Department Heads to make sure the cleaning of the factory.
- Report to head supervisor for any defect and issue on the floor for cleaning.
- Check housekeeping supplies and equipment and report to head supervisor for requirement.
- Provide leadership and direction for all housekeeping activities for the factory
- Maintain a regularly scheduled cleaning program.
- Work closely with Housekeeping Head Supervisor on a daily / weekly basis.
- Ensure housekeeping requests are responded to in a timely, efficient, & friendly manner.
