Accountable for Go to Market Innovation Strategies and Integration as per business requirements.


 


Responsible for daily work plan for the Van Salesman and Drivers throughout UAE region for HORECA Channel
Transforming trade by streamlining product flow, distributors, increasing margins and creating strong customer service culture.
In charge of the routes all around UAE with respect to client base
Optimization of the sales routes as per the HORECA channel
Tracking and controlling the transportation expenses
Ensure the order is recorded as per customer requirements  and coordinate with the dispatcher for delivery
Address customer issues with regards to their need of stocks and improving the  on-time delivery experience
Coordinate and Lead the Delivery Team for achieving better results.
Daily check and recording inventory and product availability in the warehouse
·       Conducting daily routine visit to the market in order to monitor sales booking, planogram check, implementation and activation.


·       Offering a unique and flexible business model built around a growing portfolio, thus enabling end-to-end support


·       Responsible for taking the propositions to market and ensure their commercial execution success. 


·       Creation and Deployment of Go-To-Market framework that provides a commercial blueprint for propositions launches.


·       Responsible for  HORECA channel traction, through the development and distribution strategy and customer awareness by having end to end accountability of their commercial delivery into market


·       Monitor and report on market strategies and competitive developments


·       Will work very closely with Business Development Managers, Marketing Managers and Sales teams.


·       Generate Demand: Develop and execute the go-to-market plans for IFFCO product portfolio


·       Enable Sales: Develop the sales tools and collaterals that support the selling process of IFFCO products & services


·       Identify opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention levels are maintained at optimum levels


·       Ensure the product portfolio remains competitive in the market
