Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Revenue of the company, managing P&L
- Managing the Sales and setting up measures for the team, ensuring they successfully achieve their KPI's.
- To negotiate and collaborate with clients at many different levels.
- Professional presentation and communication with the top clients and to understand their contractual requirements.
- To broaden the client base by bringing in new clients for a digital agency. Steady % growth to be monitored year on year.
- Ensuring successful strategies are implemented to maximize sales growth.
- To provide Selling Skills training to the team on a Quarterly basis to enhance skill sets of the team, making sure all speak the same language.
- Maintains direct working relationships with tier 1 clients to support current and future business needs.
- Accountable for achieving sales volume in assigned territory & defined deadline.
- Support the Sales team if required – on other dept. issues or paperwork associated with approvals, etc.
- To monitor and analyze dealer trend reports, backlog reports, rolling report and daily sales reports and any other report that may be required to monitor the growth of the business.
- Management reporting – Monthly/Quarterly reporting of the Strategies & Growth of the company to the management by way of reports.
