Manage the group's international compliance and ethics programme. Create and update the compliance policies, staff training, audit and control through information technology systems.

Description

Maintaining the group's written compliance policies

Liaise extensively with group companies on compliance related issues

Maintain the compliance and ethics programme and prepare and implement training materials

Manage compliance audit programme

Administer the Group's whistleblowing function

Technology management, system based compliance controls

Advise treasury on money laundering and sanction related issues

Compliance intranet: Ensure it is fully up to date and contains the relevant documentation at all times

Profile

Candidates who apply must meet all of the below criteria:

Degree in Law from a Western/European legal jurisdiction
4 years minimum experience in a compliance role as a manager
Shipping & logistics industry experience preferred
