First level support of users’ technology related issues

Assist staff with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktops, laptops and software complying with given standards and guidelines

Setup computer systems for new users and instruct on access to company systems including, email, desktop applications and accounting systems

Knowledge on networks and basic troubleshooting

Remote troubleshooting and application support

Identify and repair hardware and network connectivity issues

Assist with support of multifunction office printers and desktop printers

Make recommendations and implement enhancements for increased uptime, performance and reliability

Ensure all end-user equipment is kept up to date with security patches and feature upgrades
