• Plans, develops, provides, maintains, upgrades and manages a secure, highly available, efficient, cost effective IT communication and network infrastructure.
• Build security controls to secure internal & external network and assets.
· Ensure the uptime of the network round the clock and trouble shoot any issues that may arise.
·Installation and configuration of wireless networks across various outlets.
· Installation, configuration and administration of the PABX and unified communication system.
· Day to day monitoring of bandwidth, traffic and security logs and reports.
· Understands Recovery plan procedure, Disaster recovery plan, Security, High Availability and redundancy from IT Infrastructure perspectives.
