\[Maintaining supplier relations to ensure key suppliers remain connected with the company.
\[ Assisting in the formulation of sourcing strategies, identification of sourcing opportunities and collaborating with current and new suppliers, for the same.
\[ Escalating seniors’ negotiation of trade agreements with suppliers.
\[ Ensuring all purchase is approved within mandated guidelines.
\[ Coordinating & following up the status of the shipment clearance of the ordered material.
\[ Manage the local and overseas purchase enquiries.
\[ Ensure insurance declaration is done for purchase.
