Our client is a non-profit organisation who are seeking a temporary intern to assist the growing team with general administration and secretarial work. The role would suit a student or recent graduate. The successful candidate would be start immediately, and the role will last until August. As this is an intern role, a stipend of AED 3000 per month will be paid. role includes general administration and secretarial work.
Description:
· Following up on submitted proposals and client opportunities
· Formatting PowerPoint presentations and other key documents
· Drafting agendas and evaluation forms for workshops
· Preparing summaries of evaluation forms post-workshops
· Helping prepare marketing and workshop packs
· Assisting with data entry on the CRM/IT system as needed
· Assisting with any other ad-hoc duties as needed
· Arranging meetings and travel arrangements, so excellent diary management skills
