The Coordinated Supply Chain Organization has a meaningful role to play as they serve as the primary support to customer facing functions.
Responsibilities
Run inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, and stock takes.
Responsible for inventory accuracy between Honeywell systems and 3rd party logistics
Ensuring data integrity between Honeywell systems and 3rd party logistics (receipts, B/L, Invoices, documentation, UOM).
Supervising and controlling 3rd party logistic activities (inbound, storage, outbound, returns) for FG and Raw & Pack materials.
Ensuring outbound optimization in terms of costs and services.
Coordinate the damages and discrepancies during inbound and outbound shipments. Supervise and identify root causes and implement corrective action.
Accurately performing system activities (inbound, storage, outbound, returns) for FG and Raw & Pack materials.
Prioritizing transportation activities to and from 3rd party logistics.
Preparing documentation and system reconciliation.
KPI measuring and Continues improvement
Facilitate the RMA process for orders to enable a timely resolution and implement corrective actions.
Logging of RMA & Claims in the RMA tracker & maintain RMA Log Report.
Send RMA to factory & coordinate for replacement & Credit note.
Validate COO / PN label issues raised by 3rd party logistics & advice vital solution.
Update the Quality LOG with DPMO figures & raise concerns to the management if vital.
Represent the HSE updates in weekly HOS steering committee meetings.
Update team with weekly Safety Message.
Have a detailed Accident / Incident Reporting procedure that is aligned with Corporate HSER reporting requirements.
Monthly Safety inspections to be conducted in Phase 4.
Maintain HOS safety standards for SPS. Maintain safety dash boards (metrics and rolling action item list - RAIL)
Ensure the 3PL is applying HOS principles in the warehouse especially with respect to our products in their facility
