Where Do You Fit In?
We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of Site Supervisor to be based in Al Ain, UAE. In this role, you will leverage your team's experience and skills to perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and material management, and process reengineering. You will prioritize team workload and drive excellent team outcomes. As a team supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioural competencies in order to deliver high impact to business results. You will plan capacity demands, hire, train and develop personnel to ensure the demands of the customer are met, alongside planning and implementing facility safety and HSE together with HR and HSE.
