· Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and documents of transportation.

· Issue the stock report;

· Reconcile stocks weekly bases;

· Analysing and optimizing logistical procedures.

· Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.

· Overseeing all supply chain operations.

· Issue Sales invoice and WRO to cold store.

· Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.

· Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.

· Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.

· Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers.

· Answering customer queries.

· Track shipments;

· Check shipping documents and request for amendments to suppliers when necessary;

· Issuing weekly report of containers arrivals and stocks at the port;

· Planning payments for shipping lines and collecting D/O’s;

· Following up the clearance process and assisting the clearance agent with the necessary;

· Reporting the financial transactions related to shipping lines and clearance to the accounts department;

· Coordinate the containers arrivals with the cold stores;

· Arranging transportation port/store/re-export/client when necessary;

· In charge of online upload/download and follow up of documents in the Government/Port systems.

· Preparing documents for re-export:

o Apply for Certificate of origin from Dubai Chamber;

o Apply for Health Certificate;

o Statistical export paper (makkasa) from the port;

o True copy attestation of halal and health from Brazil/municipality;

o Issuing Invoice and Packing List.

· Replacing the customs clearance agent, sales coordinator or supply chain assistant while on vacation.
