Job Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting the factory management in achieving the overall deliverables, while maintaining the factory environment as per HSE guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Controlling and executing machine operations, including starting and stopping the machine
- Understanding the overall production plan and the contribution by individual machines towards the plan
- Adhering to and understanding the daily production plan
- Understanding all machine parameters and assessing their overall impact
- Controlling the wastage and maintaining the stipulated quality standards
- Performing efficient troubleshooting and minimizing downtime of machine by coordinating with concerned departments
- Developing team members and mentoring junior shop-floor personnel
- Knowledge of PET Preform and Closure machine i.e Injection Moulding experience.
