The position is both a technical position and Sales.

The successful candidate:

Will be responsible for attaining new contracts and projects for the organization through the different sales method.

Will be required to meet potentional clients to build relationships and introduce our company to future clients.

Will be able to estimate project costs through the provided design documents and client's requirements.

Will be able to deal with Dubai Municipality requirements and approval procedures.

Be able to generate reports for the management for each project.

Being certified from Dubai Municipality for Piling, Shoring and Foundations will be a big plus; and will potentially prodive the candidate with a project director position if experienced in such position.
