- Process KPIs
o Working closely with Operations Leader & Sales Execution Supervisor to define the process KPIs to run streamlined Order and Sales Execution processes
o Based on the results of the process KPIs, working closely with the relevant teams to identify the improvement areas, and set execution timeline
o Preparing a Leadership dashboard to present the KPIs to the leadership team on a-monthly basis
- Penalty Management
o Analyzing the current received penalties to identify the detailed reasons, potential opportunities to share with Suppliers, potential opportunities to waive it by collaborating with Sales, LSD, and Finance teams
o With the help of the KPIs, proactively monitoring the order and sales execution processes in order to prevent future penalties
o Monthly penalty reporting with all the details (reasons, principals, amount, dates, etc.)
o Supporting the Operations Director to collect and the improvement plans from the respective teams on received penalties
o Monitoring the penalty related improvement plans to make sure that the plans are executed within the agreed timelines
