1. Minimum 3 yrs + UAE Work experience in the SAME FIELD with Civil Eng. degree from reputed institute. With full knowledge on AUTOCAD.
2. Responsible for making sure that building and their services are properly maintained overall in terms of Cleaning of Site & Equipment's.
3. Knowledge on basic issues for Managing full building maintenance like air conditioning (Central System, Heat Exchanger system & Split systems), Fire Fighting system, MEP & Facility Management Skills.
4. Preparation of Weekly & Monthly programs of the Maintenance with the team & subcontractors.
5. Knowledge on filing RERA issues & attending RERA disputes cases
6. Preparation of Reports for the management, Check in & check out assistance for the Tenants.
7. Candidate is required to have Daily site visit.
8. Should have good communication skills to liaison with Tenants to resolve the problems and a Team player to co-ordinate task.
9. Language required: English & Hindi.
10. Salary: 3500 AED all inclusive with Basic Insurance provided.
