- All the sales / inventory / consignment / customer LPO / supplier LPO related reporting for the related principal companies
- Entering all the POs to SAP system before submitting them to the suppliers with all the related supporting documentation attached.
- Following up the released supplier POs so that they can be submitted to the supplier within agreed timeline
- Creation of the Customer Sales orders in SAP on a timely manner in order to help LSD team to plan the delivery
- Collaborate with LSD team in order to ship the required items to the customer within the requested time frame
- By ordering the items based on the defined inventory planning & execution SOP (order the right items with the required amounts at the right time within the agreed SLAs), making sure that the inventory targets for the related agencies are reached
- Based on MPC MD SAP project implementation plan, deployment of the new SAP capabilities to make sure that the sales operations processes can run more efficiently
